Responsibilities
- Independently manage the complete payroll process.
- Maintain employee records and personal files.
- Coordinate with banks for salary credit, opening of bank accounts for new joiners, etc.
- Independently manage leave and attendance.
- Be actively involved in the coordination of various HR Activities within the organisation.
- Create and maintain MIS reports in excel that allow the management to get information on day-to-day activities.
- Prepare Performance Status Report every month to share with senior management.
- Take care of the ad hoc requirements from the senior management needed for critical decision-making.
- Active involvement in employee engagements.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation/probation letters, and revision letters for the employees, ensuring correctness and timeliness.
- Manage the exit process (full and final settlement of employees).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
Experience
- At least 10–12 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in HR operations management.
Skill Set
- Thorough understanding of HR principles, practices, regulations, and compliance.
- Proficiency in HRMS and other HR-related software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
