Responsibilities

  • Independently manage the complete payroll process.
  • Maintain employee records and personal files.
  • Coordinate with banks for salary credit, opening of bank accounts for new joiners, etc.
  • Independently manage leave and attendance.
  • Be actively involved in the coordination of various HR Activities within the organisation.
  • Create and maintain MIS reports in excel that allow the management to get information on day-to-day activities.
  • Prepare Performance Status Report every month to share with senior management.
  • Take care of the ad hoc requirements from the senior management needed for critical decision-making.
  • Active involvement in employee engagements.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation/probation letters, and revision letters for the employees, ensuring correctness and timeliness.
  • Manage the exit process (full and final settlement of employees).

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred.

 

Experience

  • At least 10–12 years of work experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in HR operations management.

 

Skill Set

  • Thorough understanding of HR principles, practices, regulations, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in HRMS and other HR-related software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
