In conjunction with the TU-Delft & Harbin Institute of Technology, we are partners with in a comparative project funded by NGIF that compares the institutional aspects of transportation infrastructure.

Using the theorotical approach of institutional analysis of development (IAD) developed by Vincent & Elinor Ostrom, we are studying the design and implementation of transport services-related infrastructure, beginning with a case study of Bangalore Region. This includes how these systems are designed, financed, built, implemented, maintained and regulated. Eventually, this information will form part of our agent-based model of the evolution of Bangalore.
