Biography

Mr. Narasimhan is working on the indigenization of solar thermal technologies and developing vendor base. Prior to joining CSTEP, Mr. Narasimhan served as a Project Director at Gas Turbine Research Establishment (GTRE) of the Ministry of Defense in Bangalore. While at GTRE his main contribution was in developing vendor base for various parts such as discs, blades casing, shafts made of Nickel base and Titanium base materials. One of his main contributions was the transfer of machining techniques to the manufacturers that resulted in high quality control.
